The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the central square and in the center of the old town. This made it incredibly convenient to explore all the tourist locations within the city. The room was cozy with stunning period features and beautiful furniture. The bathroom was well-equipped and the shower was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing lots of recommendations for places to visit. The hotel also had a charming private terrace.
The corkscrew provided to open the complimentary wine was a bit difficult to use.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were impressive. We also appreciated the central location in the heart of the old town. The hotel's proximity to the restaurant across the entrance gate was a major convenience. Additionally, the staff, particularly Silvia, provided excellent service.

This hotel in the heart of the old town is a hidden gem. The attention to detail in the rooms with their period furnishings is simply charming. I loved having a terrace/balcony overlooking the lively square of Piazza Erbe, it made for a truly unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to my stay. And the breakfast with its different varieties, including toast and orange juice, was a great start to the day.
All was perfect - couldn't ask for more.
